  • Weekend Exercise Conditioning

    Full-body exercise regimen. One hour to complete as many stations in the circuit. Circuit regimen changes each month. Move at a comfortable pace. Start each circuit where you finished at previous visit. Class time is 10:30am Saturday and Sunday. Location:  John Hall Studios, 310 S. Racine 8th floor, Chicago, IL 60607.  Weekend special of $100 for month(4 consecutive weekends) or $20 a visit. Click HERE to register.
