Fitness & classes - Stretch-N-Flex

Stiff muscle, joints, ligament and/or tendons plague men.  Most workout in a one dimensional fashion, do not get massages and don't use the body functionally which will causes flexibility issues.  If you play sports, if you go to the gym, if you want to live a life free of pain and discomfort then you should take interest of this class. 

Operation Stretch-n-Flex is a 8-Week program that will focus on functional workouts that will improve ones mobility, speed and strength.  Of course we will address nutritional habit and fat loss while teaching how to move those limbs properly.
